entrance song
Glory to you, O Risen One!
To you the victory For eternity.

Shining with light, The angel descended;
He removes the stone from the overcome grave.
Glory to you, O Risen One!
To you the victory For eternity.

Rejoice, People of the Lord,
And keep repeating that Christ is victorious.
Glory to you, O Risen One!
To you the victory For eternity.

He is my victory, my strong support,
My life and my glory: no, I fear nothing!

Glory to you, O Risen One!
To you the victory For eternity.

Aspersion
I saw the living water
springing from the heart of Christ, Hallelujah!

Hallelujah!

All washed by this water
will be saved and will sing: Hallelujah!

Hallelujah hallelujah!

i saw the source
Become an immense river, Hallelujah!

Hallelujah!

The children of God gathered
they sang their joy at being saved, Hallelujah!

Hallelujah hallelujah!

i saw the temple
now open to all, Hallelujah!

Hallelujah!

Christ returns victorious,
showing the wound in his side, Hallelujah!

Hallelujah hallelujah!

Almighty God purify us from our sins and, through the celebration of this Eucharist, make us worthy to participate at the table of his kingdom,

(Through Christ our Lord.)

Amen

First reading (Acts 10, 34-43)
Reading from the Acts of the Apostles

In those days,
When Peter arrived at Caesarea
in a centurion of the roman army,
spoke and said:
“You know what happened in all the land of the Jews,
from the beginning in Galilee,
after the baptism proclaimed by John:
Jesus of Nazareth,
God gave him the anointing of the Holy Spirit and power.
Where he went, he did well
and healed all who were under the power of the devil,
because God was with him.
and we are witnesses
of all that he did in the land of the Jews and in Jerusalem.
The one they repressed by hanging him from the execution tree,
God raised him on the third day.
He gave it to manifest,
not all people
but to the witnesses whom God had chosen beforehand,
to us who ate and drank with him
after his resurrection from the dead.
God has commissioned us to announce to the people and bear witness
that he himself has made him Judge of the living and the dead.
It is of Jesus that all the prophets give this testimony:
anyone who believes in
receive by his name the forgiveness of his sins.

Lord’s word.

We give thanks to God

psalm 117
This is the day that the Lord has made,
May it be a day of celebration and joy for us!

This is the day that the Lord has made,
May it be a day of celebration and joy for us!

Give thanks to the Lord: He is good!
Eternel is your love!
Yes, let Israel say:
Eternel is your love!

This is the day that the Lord has made,
May it be a day of celebration and joy for us!

The arm of the Lord is raised,
The arm of the Lord is strong!
No, I will not die, I will live,
to announce the actions of the Lord.

This is the day that the Lord has made,
May it be a day of celebration and joy for us!

The stone that the builders rejected
has become the cornerstone:
this is the work of the Lord,
the wonder before our eyes.

This is the day that the Lord has made,
May it be a day of celebration and joy for us!

Second reading (Philippians 3, 1-4)
Reading of the Letter of Saint Paul the Apostle to the Colossians

brothers,
if you rose with Christ,
look for the realities from above:
there is Christ, seated at the right hand of God.
Think of the realities from above,
not those of the earth.

Truly, you have passed through death,
and your life remains hidden with Christ in God.
When Christ appears, your life,
then you too will appear with him in glory.

Lord’s word.

We give thanks to God

Gospel Acclamation
Hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah!
Hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah!

Our slain Easter is Christ!
Let’s celebrate the Feast in the Lord!
Hallelujah, hallelujah, hallelujah!

Gospel (Jn 20, 1-9)
The Lord be with you.
And with your mind.

Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Saint John

Glory to you Lord.

The first day of the week,
Marie Madeleine goes to the grave early in the morning;
it was still dark.
She notices that the stone has been removed from the tomb.
Then he runs to find Simon Peter and the other disciple,
whom Jesus loved,
and she told them:
“The Lord was brought up from his tomb,
and we don’t know where they left it. »
So Peter went with the other disciple
to get to the grave.
The two ran together
but the other disciple ran faster than Peter
and came first to the tomb.
Leaning over, she notices that the sheets are pulled tight;
however it does not enter.
Simon-Pierre, who was following him, arrives in his turn.
He enters the tomb;
see the clothes, stretched,
as well as the shroud that had wrapped the head of Jesus,
did not pose with sheets,
but rolled apart instead.
Then the other disciple entered,
the one who had reached the tomb first.
He saw and believed.
Until then, in fact, the disciples had not understood
that, according to the scriptures,
Jesus had to rise from the dead.

Let us acclaim the Word of God.
Glory to you, Lord Jesus.

universal prayer
On this most holy day, let us pray to the Almighty Father that the Passover of his only begotten Son, Jesus Christ, will bring grace and joy to the whole world.

So that those baptized tonight and those who will receive the sacraments of the Church this year fully live this new life.

O risen Christ, hear us!

So that the Church can live in unity and peace and serve the gospel.
O risen Christ, hear us!

So that the sick, the prisoners, the hungry, the unemployed, the street people and the precarious can be cared for, visited, fed, helped and comforted.

O risen Christ, hear us!

For families and especially for those who know the drama of separation, exile, mourning and discord

O risen Christ, hear us!

For peace and the end of all wars, for heads of state and government around the world

O risen Christ, hear us!

So that all nations, peoples, communities, families live in harmony and love.

O risen Christ, hear us!

God who saves all men and does not want to lose any, hear the prayer of your people and give them the joy of being answered by Christ our Lord.

Amen.

Holy
Holy, holy, holy Lord
Holy, holy God of hosts.
Heaven and earth are full of your glory.
Hosanna in the highest, Hosanna in the highest!
Blessed is he who comes in the name of
Hosanna in the highest, Hosanna in the highest!
