Pour some of the marinade over the zucchini slices, peppers and aubergines. Cover and let rest in the fridge for about an hour.

Then, when the barbecue is hot, grill for about two minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of the slices. Baste regularly with the rest of the marinade.

The fruits can also be transformed into a delicacy using a marinade to enhance the flavor and, above all, for the perfumes after grilling.

To succeed in your recipe use honey, a little rum, brown sugar, butter melted and, for those who like it, a touch of cardamom. Pineapple, plantain, peach, apricot or strawberries are ideal. Thread them onto skewers and brush them with the marinade before lightly grilling them. A scoop of ice cream is the perfect accompaniment to this dessert.
